I have been asked why I need over 20TB of storage… This is this rundown!!!
120GB SSD (solid state drive) holds the Operating System for the physical Server
10TB is actual storage, which is for my Media Library, Software Archive and TV Recordings
10TB is archive storage for my ACTUAL storage!
2TB that is empty, ready to be used at a moments notice!
Of that 10TB -
6TB is reserved for TV Boxsets, TV Recordings and my repository of Kodi stuff (pngs, and repo zips)
4TB is reserved for Movies and Music Videos
This should last me quite a while!! This way, I don't need to worry about my backups, or running out of space soon!
